Amelie's expertise in events & hospitality began with a start in restaurants in 2003. She has since worked in hotels in 4 states before landing in the Farm to Fork City.

Nichole DeLaurentis

Senior Sales Manager

Nichole has been with Hyatt for 7 years. She started her career in Sales & Events at Hyatt Place UC Davis and was a part of the opening team for Hyatt Centric Downtown Sacramento & Hyatt House Davis. Nichole is responsible for business travel, citywide and groups with 21 or more rooms.

Malori Cordova

Executive Sales Manager

Malori joined Hyatt Centric in November 2023. As a recent transplant to Sacramento, she has been excited to learn about its hospitality market. Originally from Albuquerque, Malori worked as a Catering Sales Manager before moving to California.
